I have a very diverse background, as a health-care professional, an educator, a counsellor and a theologian.
I am passionate about people and helping them to be the very best versions of themselves.
I want to help people to realise their own potential and work for a more caring, inclusive and just world.

There is no strength without unity.
Inspired by the Irish proverb above, le chéile aims to change lives and hearts through counselling, pastoral care, education, training and public speaking.
With a keen interest in the intersection of faith, sexuality and gender, I hope through le chéile to speak into lives and situations and help people realise that there is more that unites us than divides us, if only we are willing to look beyond ourselves.

My Approach
I use an array of communication skills to provide education and training services that give you the knowledge for how to build an inclusive and empowering work place.
A trained counsellor, with experience in anger management, anxiety, bereavement, depression, grief, loneliness, marriage, relationships, sexuality, stress, transgender and trauma. I am available for 1-on-1 counselling sessions, family or couples sessions.
Counselling is available on-line, in-person or as a walkabout, where we conduct our session in nature, along the sea-shore, in a park or woodland.
I am also available to speak on issues of faith, gender and sexuality and the intersection between them all.
